SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

In some cases, processing times may be extended due to high order volume, payment verification, or incomplete shipping information. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you via email before processing.


Shipping Times

  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • International: 10–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.


Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays or peak shipping periods
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

We will do our best to keep you informed if any delays arise.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees.


Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@puzzleport.com.

We are able to cancel orders only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
